City Crepes

We loved this restaurant. We emailed ahead and heard back from the owner promptly when we asked about options for someone gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy free. We ordered at the counter and the ladies who work there were so kind, competent and helpful. They knew about the options, checked on items for us and we were easily accommodated and had many choices to pick from. We ordered the vegan gluten free pizza guy with a dairy free mozzarella in it. For dessert, we had a vegan gluten-free Lamp Post with banana, vegan Nutella, and dairy-free whipped cream. We were in heaven! All of the food was SO good. We will be back!

They have gluten free batter, but not a dedicated griddle. The griddles can be scraped and oiled, but not cleaned. Not suitable for celiac or severe gluten intolerance. Also… you will inhale a large amount of gluten here, the kitchen is open to the dining room, and it’s rather smoky. I got tea and chips. And that’s it.

This place was great! I told them I have celiac and they made sure to clean off the griddle before my food went on it. They also have utensils dedicated for gluten free orders. I felt really safe after talking to the staff, and my food was so good!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Super amazing crepes!!! Had some for lunch on the road and wanted to get carry out for a snack later in the car! Everything can be gluten free.

My husband said the gluten free were just as tasty as the regular!

What a great treat!! GF crepes are delicious!

I was traveling for work and stopped in here for a crepe. I had “The City Hall” which had chicken, brie and cranberries. It was so delicious that I ordered a sweet crepe for dessert, “The East Side”, which had orange marmalade, creme fraiche, almonds and brown sugar. It was SO good!

Tastes good, everything can be made gluten free, both sweet and savory crepes. I take my girlfriend who has Celiac disease here, and she loves it.

Tiny, adorable. Only a dollar more for anything on the menu, and all the crepes can be made gluten free!
