I told the waitress I was gluten and dairy free and she asked how severe. I said I was a celiac and wanted an omelet. She told me they use pans (not the flat top) and went to check if omelets had milk. We agreed on a new pan and new spatula but she told me they wouldn’t guarantee 100% safety. I had no issue. Clean restaurant. Friendly knowledgeable staff. You can upgrade homefries with fruit.
