This place does not have a dedicated fryer. The truffle fries that are labeled gluten free have malt vinegar in the description. The chef and server didnt recommend celiacs eat there as they do not have a big cooking/preparing space and boat loads of wheat in the area.

The chicken chili is the best chili I’ve ever had

I had the chicken lettuce wrap, the potato skins, and the Wolverine salad. The food was excellent. They went out of their way to accommodate me and made the potato skins baked instead of fried. Staff seemed knowledgeable.

Great place for a quick bite if you are staying in the City Flats hotel or just walking near-by. Their GF options are mostly in the small plates section but there are plenty! The staff is knowledgeable and they will take care of you. I had the pork tacos and they were excellent.
