I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant. There’s not any gluten free restaurants in Collin County that are not bakeries, so I was super excited about one in McKinney. The smell of bad oil coming out of the food truck almost made me change my mind. I also didn’t see anything written on the truck or menu that indicated it was gluten free, but the food truck worker told me it was all gluten free when I asked. I ordered the chicken strips and fries, and was very disappointed when it arrived. It was inedible. It smelled horrible and the texture of the chicken was soggy not crisp. I thew the whole plate away after I bite. I can’t believe all these good reviews. Unless it’s under new management. I will say they offer a free cookie or soda if you give them a 5 star review. But no. Crazy bad.

Hours listed on their website are not accurate. We drove from out of state for a tournament and planned on going here for lunch because it was the closest GF place even though it was 30 minutes away for it to be closed.

Small place with a great chicken, we stopped by with the whole family (3 kids) we ordered the daily specials and the chicken was spectacular, cooked to order just like you would have at you mom’s house, fries were great also, super friendly people, highly recommended, it is a dedicated GF facility.

The best! I got chicken strips, onion rings, a waffle and donuts. Everything was delicious! The owners are a couple. Both of them are so nice and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about GF. Dedicated GF. No cross-contamination. Just excellent! I will definitely go back.

This place is seriously AMAZING! I’ve been diagnosed with celiac for close to 8 years now and being able to eat fried chicken strips again almost made me cry. You would never be able to tell this place is dedicated gluten free and the owners are so incredibly sweet. They make everything in house FRESH and I will definitely be back.

Best gf chicken tenders I’ve had!! I was visiting town and was unfamiliar with where to eat & my husband found this place. They were about to close but the owners were SO nice and stayed open for us so I could enjoy a good meal. A great find!

Y’all! If you are anywhere near McKinney, you NEED to try this! Owner has celiac and everything they have is GF! The marinade for the chicken is GF and DF! Belgian waffles are also GF & DF! The best GF chicken strips I have ever had!! White chocolate raspberry Belgian waffle is off the charts!! We will be back whenever we can!!!

So nice to be able to eat GOOD fried chicken that is totally Celiac safe! The owner has Celiac and is knowledgeable on it. They don’t serve anything that contains gluten. I can’t wait to try everything on the menu!

We had the chicken strip combo, frito pie, and the dessert waffle and it was all sooooo good. The sugar cookie was yummy and even better when we dipped it in the raspberry sauce that came with the waffle. The gluten free waffles were the star of the show and they made me cry just a little bit!!! Everything was so fresh and delicious. It is amazing to have so many options and reassuring to know that the owner is gluten free too, so they really know what they are doing 😊

Amazing GF blueberry waffle with fresh blueberries and cream. Chicken fingers have great flavor, don't even need sauce but several GF sauces were offered.

Location is a food truck parking lot off 380, so this specific truck doesn't have a sign on the road. Online menu is well marked, but truck only had a marker board without mention of GF so make sure to ask. The staff was knowledgeable & currently are dedicated GF

I have Celiac and everything on the menu is gluten free, so no worries about cross contamination. We had the chicken strips, waffles and took home a pumpkin spice loaf. Everything was fresh and so tasty. We will be back for sure
