Clara's North 65 Cafe

I called them up the other day to see what options they had. The person I talked with said they did not have any gluten free options. Might be different if you talk to someone else, but I did not try to eat there.

This place has authentic Columbia food including Arepas and Empanadas. Clara herself came to our table and assured me there was no wheat flour at all in those. I had an omelette and substituted an Arepa for toast and it was amazing. I ordered some empanadas to go and they were also great. I wish I’d ordered the traditional Columbian breakfast because it also looked really good.
