I am not celiac but my brother is, and after eating at a restaurant that also serves dessert which is not gluten free, clarity is a great place to go. The owner is super kind and is super careful with the dessert. They also have opened a wine tasting bar, but I’m not sure if it’s still open. Overall delicious and I would go there everyday if I had the money. Great experience. 5 stars all the way

Everything is gluten free and the owner was very helpful showing us the dairy free options. We got so many delicious baked goods. So glad we stopped by and look forward to the next time we pass through the area!

Fantastic! So many gluten free treats, breads, and regular food items. Many items are keto as well. No baking on-site, just a one stop shop of goodies from bakeries around KS/MO. Owner is celiac and so sweet! Across the street is Tuscono’s - a great place for dinner!
