Wait staff was awesome and on point about celiac. Explained that when it’s celiac (or actual allergy) the chef and those prepping food will change their coats and gloves to eliminate any cross contamination. Food was delicious (swordfish), menu is labeled with GF options, but is limited. Menu does state however that most meals can be prepared GF, but I stuck to one that was clearly labeled as such.
