Update: i just realized i didn't ask if the egg rolls were fried in a dedicated frier! Oops! I will ask next time.

Ate here today and had such a great experience! Rice paper egg rolls!!! Almost everything on the menu is GF and the staff was knowledgable and helpful. Vietnamese don't use soy sauce very often and the waiter made sure my order didn't include soy sauce or hoisin sauce. Most dishes have rice or rice noodles.
