There food is quite good, albeit not an options for Celiacs. I've experienced the tell-tale sign of being gluten afterwards. The other review testing the food with a device is confirmation.

If you’re not celiac, Clay Oven is delicious. Some of the best Indian food in Orange County. Unfortunately this restaurant is simply not safe when it comes to gluten. Four out of the four dishes I tested all showed positive for gluten. Some ingredient the restaurant is using contains gluten.
