Cool restaurant off the strip. Got reservations for a 5pm dinner. The restaurant was not busy during that time, which made the dining experience pleasant. Waitstaff was attentive and helpful. I shared the 16oz ribeye, sautéed broccolini, bourbon shallot potatoes, and the crème brûlée. The food was amazing. Everything was perfectly seasoned and quickly delivered. I also had a Moscow mule to start and a nice sherry with the crème brûlée.
