Overall great time and delicious ice cream! I got the Vanilla Ice Cream in a cup. They do not track every allergen (I asked about Soy, they had to ask multiple staff members) but once they know which flavors are safe, they do a great job. There is even an allergy procedure in which they scoop from a fresh tub with a new scoop. Not sure if they do this for every allergen, but I can say that they do it for soy and that was good enough for me!

Lovely shoppe. Smells delicious just standing in there. Knowledgeable staff. They were both cautious and courteous in scooping gf ice cream. Took precautions from washing their hands to scooping from ice cream from bins in the back room, away from allergens. Ice cream tastes delicious. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic experience. Not only was the ice cream delicious, the sever washed her hands and retrieved a clean scoop and mentioned she was going to the back for a fresh tub to eliminate the possibility of cross contamination. She was also upfront about the fact that all of the ice cream flavors are made in the same machine which is sanitized between each use.

The staff was super friendly! They have a book with all of the allergies listed if you ask. They scooped my ice cream with a clean scoop from a fresh bun in the back room!! The ice cream was delicious as well😋

The staff is very friendly. Ice cream is delicious, just make sure you double check to make sure there is not gluten in the ice cream. They have a separate bin and scooper for allergies.
