An incredibly talented team of deeply experienced sushi chefs who have literally worked together off and on for a decade plus across the western hemisphere, many with significant training and experience across the Pacific. They care deeply about creating exceptional, unique dishes—hello scallop peach carpaccio—so incredibly honest and true to each ingredient. For those of us with Celiac Disease, they care about keeping us safe and do it all with a smile. Genuinely kind team with so much experience and skill. Domo Arigato!!!
