Really good. Went with the recommendation. They were sampling chicken chipotle which was good! Got a bowl with rice, carrots, cabbage and sauce. Yum!

We loved this food truck at the Silos! We got the chicken bowl with cilantro lime sauce and I couldn’t stop thinking about it the rest of the day! I was so grateful to have a dedicated gf food truck there, so we could have lunch with no worries.

This was the best meal that we had our whole trip! We went on a trip to Waco with 2 of us who are Celiacs and one who is dairy free and we all headed to this truck for lunch. The owner came out giving samples of the chicken which was just amazing! The entire menu is gf and the only item with dairy is the ranch. It can be very discouraging being on vacation being a Celiac, so when I find something like this place, I make sure to write a review. It was amazing!!

The whole menu is gluten free, so you have many options to create your bowl. (Rice, cabbage, chicken, pork, etc). They offer samples of everything on the menu, if needed. This is a great GF option (with dairy free options). I highly recommend!!

The food was amazing! The owner came out and talked to us and gave samples. He assured me all was safe and helped me navigate the menu. He let us know the entire menu is gluten free. The food was so good!!!

Excellent food, no problems! They were very hesitant to call it gluten free, but I can tell you, it definitely is. Tried several different things, everything was excellent. Didn't bother me a bit. I'll definitely go back!

Staff was knowledgeable. They use wheat free soy sauce and other celiacs have reported it is safe. Food was delicious and unexpected! They don’t serve sandwiches at all! It is all rice bowls with your choice of meat and sauce. All sauces GF too.
