Gluten friendly ish?? They do have a gluten free items marked on the menu, but it comes with a disclaimer on the bottom saying they cannot ensure allergy safe dining as they use the same equipment to prepare and store as gluten foods. The staff (shout out to Mason for all his help!) is knowledgeable about gluten free dining and he made us aware the butternut squash pave entree is labeled gluten free but had an ingredient change and is no longer gluten free. They do have some gluten free options that are not labeled, such as prepackaged candy and gluten free buns available for sandwiches. Thanks to the menu disclaimer I knew it was risk to eat here, with a glutenese (and then another about an hour after eating) I only got mildly sick after getting the salmon. So the cross contamination is real. For celiacs and those with severe gluten intolerance I would stick to a drink (they have a full bar and even bottles of wine available). For those with more mild gluten issues you should be ok. Would love to see this establishment provide a safe place for those with allergies in the future, as the theater itself is so nice, the staff is wonderful, and the seats are epically comfortable! I will definitely be back but just for drinks and to enjoy the more intimate theater setting.

They have a few gluten free items marked on the menu. I had the salmon and it was so good! The popcorn is not marked as gluten free on the menu but I did get confirmation from 3 people that it is gluten free!
