I've had them a couple times. The last time I went the lady at the counter was very rude. I had placed in an order in their site and called to confirm everything would be gf. I spoke with one of the chefs and he was awesome and super reassuring... then I get home and see an oyster cracker packet in my bag. I called the store to let them know (I wasnt angry or upset, just trying to let them know) and this older woman answers and says something snarky along the lines of "how are we supposed to know" and I told her I made notes in my online order AND called in to confirm. She said she didn't see what the big deal was since it was in its own bag and I could throw it away, then she hung up on me!
