They were knowledgeable about celiacs and cross contamination. The chef was even celiac. I first ordered the chicken but they came back and said it wasn’t gluten free so I got the filet mignon instead. It came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. For desert I got the sorbet because that was the only option for gf, but they gave me a crème brûlée as well because my birthday was coming up. The crème brûlée was safe and isn’t on the menu so I believe it’s just a bday thing. I didn’t feel or get sick and the view is beautiful.
