Review of CÔBA - Viet Kitchen & Ales

I called before placing a Doordash order and the person I spoke to assured me that the veggie pho was gluten free and that the tofu is fried in a separate fryer than the crab rangoon. The pho was delicious! It even came with hoisin marked gluten free. Much of the menu is gluten free and you can even get a GF bahn mi. I will be ordering from here again!
