I walked out of this restaurant as the gluten free and vegetarian options for celiac were very limited. All fried items are NOT fried in a dedicated fryer. The pho has fried tofu and they said they can't pan fry it or do anything other than take the tofu out. I didn't like how they made such bold claims with confidence saying that even though the fryer is the same, it's 100% safe for those with celiac and allergies. Cross contamination is definitely not safe for celiac. Better to be honest and upfront of the risks rather than make claims that are utterly untrue.
