It’s very rare to find specialty sushi rolls that can be made Gf. This place exceeded my expectations and the rolls were amazing. They were helpful in helping me choose the right rolls and my takeout order was clearly marked GF. We also tried the cucumber salad which was exceptional.

I would give 10 stars if I could! We are visiting in Boone and the hotel recommended CoBo for an accommodating GF dinner. CoBo did not disappoint. They can modify most of their rolls to be gluten free and also provide GF tamari and use GF crabstick in their rolls.
Such a treat! My boyfriend loved his non-GF rolls just as much.
The service was some of the best service we’ve ever had. It was such a great experience that we went back again the next night and had an equally exceptional experience!

Awesome option for celiacs! Staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. Can switch around ingredients to modify sushi rolls so they are gluten free. And they even provide gluten free soy sauce! Never gotten sick.
