Very knowledgeable about celiac disease, cross contamination, and able to present options on the menu that are safe and even modify menu items or kitchen dryers to accommodate.

Justin was amazing at understanding what we needed and suggesting almost all the items that were safe, modify items so they were safe, and even prepare kid-friendly options!
