I’ve eaten here numerous times with no issues as an extremely sensitive celiac, always delicious. Their corn torts are homemade and divine. They do fry their chips. When I first inquired a couple years ago they said they clean the fryer every night, then add fresh oil in the morning and do a batch of gf chips, then non-gf chips. That’s too risky for me so I’ve never tried them, but they look delicious. Not sure if they’ve changed their process over the years.
I just wish they had more plant based options! The only plant-based taco is a fried mushroom and not gf, so I just get the bowls now. When I ate meat though I tried all the gf tacos and they are delicious.
