The waiter didn't seem to understand which foods contain gluten. I was disappointed to find out that most of the foods marked gluten free aren't celiac safe. The tortilla chips and hard shells are cooked on site in a shared fryer. I ended up getting a corn tortilla placed on the grill which was topped with ground beef, cheese and lettuce. I also got the Spanish rice. The food and service was good, but I'm not positive everything was free from cross contamination.

Great food and the staff is very knowledgeable about celiac disease and gluten free safety.

Great experience! Many gluten-free options clearly marked on the extensive menu. Food is house prepared and delicious. I have a sensitivity to garlic and onions besides gluten and the wait staff was knowledgeable and informative about what menu items would work for my particular diet. Outside dining is a bonus.
