They don’t have dedicated fryers or anything but their menu items are clearly labeled GF/V. Their breakfast menu has more GF items than lunch or dinner, but decent options if you’re in a pinch or if you have kids with you that need to eat GF. We ate the wings (no dedicated fryer and at the very end of the night) and I had only a mild reaction. Wouldn’t recommend fried items for celiac, but the general GF population would likely do fine.
