My favorite place for Thai, it's so amazing! I've been going to Coconut Thai ever since they were a tiny hole in the wall in Linden Hills and they've always been terrific with allergies.

Delicious pad Thai. I have called each time I have done takeout to ensure gluten-free. Each time they have told me the wok they use does not have any gluten in it. I haven’t gotten sick! I wish there was an option to write in notes for cooks for online takeout though.

Yes they do have a lot of gluten free options but everything was underwhelming and far from authentic Thai. Beef and beans were tough as nails, curry was mediocre, papaya salad was swimming in sauces, and the pad see yew was way too salty. The server didn’t ask about preferred spice level so it’s all a guess what you’re going to get. Unfortunately we love our spicy food and this place couldn’t deliver the heat.

I got glutened here. I ordered take-out Pad Thai with tofu and I made sure to say I am celiac and emphasized I needed everything to be gluten free. They assured me they were careful to avoid cross-contamination. The pad Thai was great and the tofu tasted amazing. After a few bites I realized it was deep fried. The menu didn’t say the tofu was deep fried. I called to make sure it was not fried with anything else that had gluten in it. They told me the tofu was deep fried in a shared fryer. Long story short I was sick for a week. Food is good but not safe for celiac.

This is the best Thai food I’ve had in the Minneapolis area. The pad see ew is gluten free and so delicious! Lots of flavor and not dry like some places.

SO good, I got the chicken pad Thai and it was to die for. Big portion sizes too as I had leftovers for the next day. Gluten free items are marked on the menu

DELICIOUS. I think about the chicken pad Thai every *single* day. I had to call the St. Paul location to verify that the toppings of the pad Thai were GF because the Edina location wouldn’t pick up the phone, and then they didn’t even mention that the mock duck is *straight gluten* and they said it was safe, but I didn’t order that anyway. Chicken pad Thai is drool worthy.

Most GF options of any Asian restaurant I’ve been to. Crab fried rice is my fav. I’ve never had any doubts that my meal was contaminated. Definitely a regular dinner spot for me.

I’ve eaten here 3x and not gotten sick! I’ve had the pad Thai, pineapple fried rice, chicken on a stick apps, and the spring rolls (you have to request them GF but they’ll make them).
Yes
I verified with my Nima gluten tester the pad Thai and red curry were gluten free! 😄 food was amazing!
