When I asked the waiter about gluten-free the head chef came out and explained what was safe for me to eat. He said they are currently transitioning into using GF soy sauce so that more items will be gluten free. They had GF bread! I ate the grouper, Parmesan fingerlings, and the flourless chocolate cake.
