Everything was sooo delicious but I got glutened. I had the GF pasta and the GF focaccia pizza.
My hunch is that the only way they get the focaccia that fluffy is if they use the GF flour that uses wheat starch. I’ve made things with that flour before and had issues. It’s just too bad because it tasted fantastic.
Next time I’m going to try just the pasta and see what happens. But I’ll need to clear out a weekend 😅
