Review of Coffee & Crepes

Truth. I am a partner at this cafe and want to update everyone with 2017 information. I apologize for past mistakes. Our surfaces are not completely gluten-free. When a guest indicates they have a gluten sensitivity, we wipe down the crepe machine and use separate utensils to spread and flip the gluten-free batter. However, crumbs and drops of wheat are in the area and could touch the crepe. We know that there is a wide range of gluten sensitivity out there, and we do not encourage highly sensitive people to come into our cafe. Wheat flour is in the air.
