COFFEE CAN

COFFEE CAN in Hanna City was an unexpected treat! We stopped for coffee but they have food as well and I noticed on the menu that they had gluten free bread. My husband ordered a regular gluten sandwich and after seeing how good it looked, I decided to order a gluten free version for myself. I talked to the young man at the counter and he said that he put down paper to ensure a gluten free surface, that the bread was toasted in such a way to prevent cross contamination, and he got out new condiments to ensure that there was no cross contamination. I ordered the Grown Up Grilled Cheese and as I was waiting the young man came to find me to ask if he should leave off the peach compote because he didn't know if it was gluten free or not. He did everything he could to ensure that my food was safe! My sandwich was EXCELLENT, I didn't get sick, and I will be back!
