I had the chorizo skillet with gf bread. It was very good. They have a lot of options for us peeps with gluten issues.

Lots of great options for gluten free dining and a GF lifestyle. Unfortunately I’ve had cross contamination issues on my last two visits. The staff definitely tries to accommodate, and there are plenty of options if you are on a GF diet, but if you’re sensitive may be best to avoid.

Had an excellent experience here. Almost everything on the menu can be made GF, Could in French toast and pancakes. None of their sauces, etc. have gluten in them. Waitress was very knowledgeable. Made sure to clean all surfaces to avoid cross contact, etc. This is a local café. It was so nice to be able to come to a place like this. Most local, old-fashion diner-type places are not willing to make things gluten free. So this is a treat for me. I had a skillet with salmon potatoes eggs avocado with hollandaise sauce and gf toast. They do not have a dedicated toaster, so they clean off the grill to make it. Highly recommend.

Excellent food and service. Nearly everything on the menu is available GF. I would definitely recommend them. Our waitress went out of her way to make sure everything my wife got was GF.

Went once and they were willing to be great about cross contamination and such. Went back again, because it was safe, and was told the kitchen staff decided they weren’t going to take any of the usual cross contamination precautions because “it’s Sunday”. Drove 35 minutes to get here, waited half an hour to be seated despite clearly seeing multiple empty tables, and had to leave because the kitchen staff didn’t want to today. Would not recommend on the chance that the staff were to decide not to again but not say anything and my kids and I would get sick.

Fantastic local favorite. Have had pancakes, French toast, and the skillets multiple times. Never had an issue or reaction and it is delicious! Definitely go!

Awesome GF breakfast burritos and pancakes!

The staff was knowledgeable of celiac and the danger of cross contamination. I got the veggie skillet and just skipped the bread (even though they said the bread is toasted in a separate area, I just wanted to be extra safe). I felt confident after I ordered and did not get sick (I’m usually very sensitive). I will definitely be back again!

This is a great local eatery, a bit off the beaten path but well worth finding. The food is plentiful and consistently good, and the coffee is some of the best. The friendly staff is knowledgable about celiac and will make a note for the cooks on your order. NOTE: although they do offer GF bread, there is no separate toaster so celiacs beware. I am celiac, love the veggie scramble with home fries, sometimes bacon on the side, and have never had a reaction. EDIT: I took away a star because I did become sick after one visit. And there have been issues with orders being prepared right. Once I asked for a piece of un-toasted gluten free bread on its own plate and instead it came not only toasted but also on top of main plate.
Yes
celiacs be careful ordering any gluten free toast. They don't have a dedicated toaster.
Great for the family and great food!

Love this place. Staff will go out of their way to help u. The staff is friendly and make u feel right at home. They have gf tortillas so u can have a breakfast burrito. They have gf toast, pancakes, and French toast. The food doesn't disappoint. I'd recommend coming here for breakfast as there are more options. But lunch is good. The only downside to this restaurant is it closes at 3 pm
Wonderful menu choices, delicious food and awareness of celiac and paleo! Great to find while on the road!

Always very nice service and very accommodating to food sensitivities. My husband likes it because he can eat all his "normal" food here and I can have all my gf food.
Good local gluten free/paleo option
