Binder with all allergens listed and staff was willing to use a clean scoop and take out a fresh container of ice cream to scoop from

I'm a recently diagnosed Celiac, and still pretty nervous about eating anything not prepared at home, but my daughter really wanted to stop for ice cream. I had read that Coldstone was very responsive to Gluten Free needs so I gave it a try. All I had to do was mention that I needed to be Gluten Free and all 3 if the gals behind the counter offered to go in the back and get a fresh tub of the ice cream I wanted and got a fresh package of chocolate shavings too for my milkshake! They also grabbed clean spoons and a clean blender! Oh, and NO "Glutenation"! Happy Summer! 😎

They got out a fresh scooper and got mine from the back to avoid CC! I didn’t get any mix ins but had no issues! Just a little pricey!

They were wonderful. The server was knowledgeable and went way out of her way to avoid cross contamination. They had a separate prep area, changed gloves without being asked, and were willing to check ingredients. Dairy free ice cream was available in one flavor

They were very knowledgeable about which ice creams were gluten-free. Once I selected one, they went in the back and got me a fresh scoop from an unopened container to avoid cross contamination.

Staff didn't know what flavors contain gluten, and didn't even seem to know the word gluten. There was no indication on the menu or other written information available. One of the servers called the manager to ask and were told that the only GF options were sorbet and almond milk ice cream. We're pretty sure they were confusing dairy-free and GF, but we didn't want dairy free ice cream and didn't feel comfortable ordering anything else.

Fantastic!! The attendant was very knowledgeable and steered us through the process. Mixed our ice creams in a special cold container. It was a very positive experience.
