Fries made in a shared fryer. Staff stated they weren’t “allowed” to give extra lettuce in place of a regular bun as they don’t have gluten free buns or bread. Instead, they said they were only “allowed” to give extra shredded lettuce as the big lettuce was reserved for salads. That “bigger” lettuce was small mixed greens.
