They have a few GF items listed on the menu but can essentially accommodate/modify menu items to be GF. They seemed to have a high level understanding of celiac. The first thing the host asked even before we sat done was "are there any food allergies or pretences in the group today?" When we said 3/4 were celiac they said not a problem, we will notify the kitchen and the server. We had dinner here, it's such a beautiful property, and they modified the Caesar salad without croutons, and we added protein. We didn't ask if they had GF pasta, however they served GF bread for us. Overall great experience. If you are looking for a "higher end" dinner experience, the property is stunning.
