My meal came with cornbread on the plate, it was pretty obvious they didn’t really know what gluten is. I do appreciate the fact that the cornbread kept me from eating, that is much better than getting sick. They did remake the plate, which was sweet, but I elected to play it safe and not eat.

Owner and Staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free. All meat options are safe. BBQ sauce on the table is Sweet Baby Rays so it is safe. Hot BBQ sauce (the smaller container) is a mix of Texas Pete and Sweet Baby Rays. Most sides are safe. Specify no bread on the dish. Real butter is available instead of margarine if requested. Portions are large. No dedicated fryer
