Colonna's Pizza & Pasta

No measures to prevent cross contamination and they do not take care to ensure they even make and serve you a gluten free pizza at all. I even had them fight me about exchanging my gluten-FILLED pizza with a gluten-free one which I had paid for which, we all know costs extra. Steer clear.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Unbelievably delicious, fluffy, GF crust. Everyone else in town orders in the same old Udi's crust. These folks make it on their own in house. Tons of toppings too, so you really feel like you get your money's worth.

The manager took extra care and made sure our food was celiac safe.

We will definitely make the drive and visit here again.

This pizza crust is some of the best we have ever had! We tried it out after hearing it had won some awards for best gluten free crust. They also have garlic bread.
