Colonna’s Pizza

They said they were very careful but I watched the guy going from making gluten dough to making my pizza without washing his hands. They cooked my GF pizza on the same unwashed sheet as gluten pizzas (normally places have a separate pan and/or parchment paper to isolate) and in the same oven. They took ZERO precautions and I shouldn't have eaten the result, I'm paying for it today. For GF desert it was a more expensive smaller chocolate brick of cake. Not terrible but not something I'm going back for. It's very upsetting that they claim to be careful and knowledgeable and then contaminate everything. I'd rather have the "lol I dunno" so I know not to eat there. In their favor they DO have two sizes of GF crust.
