Only have pizza. Knowledgeable staff and very safe, with lots of topping options (and vegan options with Daiya cheese too). Great salad pizza! Offers some ciders in addition to the extensive beer list.

One of the best experiences I’ve had dining out with celiac. Super friendly management, even chef came out to check on the gf pie. Totally safe. Colony Pizza takes allergies very seriously and will use separate uand dedicated utensils and toppings while pizza goes in tin to avoid cross contamination. Pizza was also super tasty. Great crust. Highly recommended

Delicious pizza crust with a large selection of toppings. I've eaten here 3 times in the past month and have always had a knowledgeable server who informs the kitchen that I have celiac so I have never gotten sick. I highly recommend if you are in the area.

Extremely knowledgeable! Manager came over and assured me that he spoke to the entire kitchen staff about my order. He then told me there is a button ( the name escapes me) that tells chefs to change gloves and clean workstations. Ate here with confidence!
They were extremely knowledgeable about celiac disease and cross contamination. Just ask for a "clean cut" (new knife) and explain your situation. The pizza was excellent!

One of the tastiest gluten free crusts I've had; great texture. This location is one of many originally from Connecticut. Very simple, delicious pizza place. I've gone to this location and others and have never had a problem.

I've been going to Colony Grill for over a year now and I'm fascinated by their gluten free pizzas. All toppings are gluten free as well and best part is that you can ask for clean cut and mention that you are celiac, they will make sure to use clean utensils an gloves.
While they are not a gluten free facility, they make the effort for a celiac like me to feel confortable to eat there and not get sick the next day. The pizza crust is fantastic!

Neat place… They only serve pizza but was rated a top spot for best pizza. So we had to give it a try. Thin gluten free crust (Connecticut style). There is a nice up charge for the gf crust but it is well worth it. It’s a large pie about 14 inches so not bad. My toppings were the hot oil (not too much heat but gave a great flavor), pepperoni and onions. A great tasting combo. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Ordered through Uber eats. Did not mark the pizza that was gluten free. This is the 2nd time. Poor safety.

I had been once a long time ago and the GF crust was great. I have celiac disease and everything was great. I went again today and ordered GF and didn’t realized until I was bloating halfway thru my pizza that they gave me a regular crust pizza. The waitress was very apologetic and the manager comped my bill.
