Husband ordered and told the person I had a severe gluten allergy and to make sure it was gluten free twice. Both times she just stared at him with a confused look and said “ok”. When he picked up the food he asked the guy if it was gluten free and the guy said “uhh yeah”.
Needless to say I didn’t eat the food and didn’t request a refund because it was busy. Their food ordering and pickup process is not efficient.
Would not recommend.
