I have not eaten here yet but I called to inquire about their gf abilities.

They have a separate place in their kitchen for gf food and they change gloves. They also have a separate frier that is gf.

They recommended calling in your order and telling them about the severe allergy or placing the order online with “your name+ severe gluten allergy” in the name field.

They were so nice I felt really comfortable voicing my needs with them. Perhaps the other reviews are a bit outdated.

Famous Chinese Chicken Salad NOT gluten free. We were told for years it was - until someone thought to look at the chicken marinade. You can request GF chicken salad. But not a good sign that they took this seriously in the past. Cross contamination issues in the deli case. Food is delicious but have gotten glutened several times.

Both a restaurant and deli counter. Their famous Chinese chicken salad is gluten free, as are many other things on their menu. I make sure to ask about soy sauce in some of their Asian inspired items because I have found they tend to use it for them.
