Love common roots!!! I asked if they had a seperate toaster for the gluten free toast - they do not, it is cooked on a shared griddle, but they were willing to clean it thouroughly before preparing my meal - let them know you have celiac and they'll take it seriously. I've also had wonderful experiences with their catering.

Plenty of gluten free options. They offered me gf toast, but they don't have a separate toaster, so I passed. The food was delicious, and I did not get sick.

They have New Grist beer and a gluten-free menu that changes monthly (just like their regular menu). Plus they're savvy about their food and can adjust the non-gf stuff - for example, I got a burger on corn tortillas instead of a bun.
