I went in based on other reviews and could not make a purchase. There are a few GF options as they have GF bread. But everything is made on shared surfaces and put in shared toasters. No precautions are made at all. The manager was up front with me that nothing special is done to accommodate Celiacs or even someone with a gluten intolerance.

My son is celiac, and he had a breakfast sandwich. They have a GF bread made by a GF bakery in town. The chef wiped down the panni press and the entire prep area. Changed gloves and made an amazing sandwich. My son did not get sick. Great place
