Cakes are made in an environment with gluten - so note!

I asked that they cut my cake with a clean knife and that they also cut a fresh slice that couldn’t have been contaminated when being served.

They have glutenfree cakes but they use the same cutting knife on cakes with and without gluten. You can ask them to use a new knife on your cake, but the cakes are all contaminated with gluten

They have a variety of awesome gluten free cakes - and they're delicious. If you're very sensitive, I would still be mindful, as the cakes are made in a gluten environment. They are not certified glutenfree but they have a bunch of cakes without any gluten ingredients. I have celiac myself and had no reaction, so I am definitely coming back again.
