They will modify any dish with a bland “white sauce.” They don’t have GF soy sauce. Don’t bother. Expensive and tasteless. We ordered a dish with lobster that was rubbery and were asked twice about how we liked it. We explained it was rubbery and they made no effort to correct the dish. Don’t waste your time or money.
