Conscious Eatery

Great place. Have eaten here many times in the past two months with zero problems. Pretty much covered the lunch menu, but the Italian Sandwich is my favorite. Just had the hash for breakfast and was equally pleased. They are conscious of cross contamination and take extra precautions. Suggest making it clear the sensitivity level.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Was a little weary when I saw gluten free bread available for their sandwiches, but the staff was very knowledgeable! The owner has celiac and they have protocols in place to avoid cross contact. Even has a special designation to add to the order and gave me the gf sandwich separate from the rest of our (gluten) order.
