My husband and I are currently fighting cancer and we drive from St. Louis to Chicago every other week. I have found that there are not restaurants to get to easily from the Medical center and there is nothing for me to eat. So on our way through each week we look forward to a GREAT and SAFE meal at Cooper's Hawk, New Lennox and then we order a take out meal for me to take into Chicago to eat the next day. The waitresses are all very careful and caring. I do not get cross contamination and I am well fed whie my husband undergoes treatment. Thank you!

Eat here regularly when I'm in town for business. Like all CH locations, they seem to have good processes in place to prevent cc and ensure the GF menu is celiac safe. Have not had any issues.

Staff is not helpful. In fact, ordered extra meat for 2 orders and they split the meat and received less meat.

Beware! I have eaten here before so knew that the pretzel bread that they put in my (clearly marked as g-f) meal was NOT gluten free. Puzzling and careless as they do have a gluten free bun available that is usually served with g-f meals. Let's hope more care was taken with my shrimp and scallop risotto.

I eat at Cooper's Hawk at minimum twice a month. The staff is knowledgeable and they are always consistent with the food quality. One of the few places I feel safe eating.

Went to the restaurant on Easter. Was very busy but had no problems with my order. Didn't get sick and neither did my other Celiac family member. Food is on the pricier side so I wouldn't recommend this as an everyday restaurant but I personally had no troubles.

I’ve been ill twice after eating here.

I really am only giving one star but the system bumps it to two. The waitress/chef messed up my order and the manager tried to put the blame on me. Then instead of correcting the issue the right way I was served undercooked filet mignon and raw asparagus.

we have ate here a couple times without any issues. i always order the same thing, gf wraps for an appetizer and gf parmesan crusted chicken as an entree. i am not sure what happened this last time though, i was extremely sick shortly after getting home, i was glutened. won't be returning anytime soon.

Amazing sautéed shrimp and tomatoes,spinach, olives, eggplant, feta, and GF pasta .. also GF bread available. .just ask!!

Been here many times. They have a large GF menu and the food is always delicious! They even have GF dessert options. This is my go to place! I've never gotten sick here and am quite sensitive.

I went to Cooper's Hawk on Sunday, 6/2/13 based upon the reviews in this app. They have an extensive GF menu, nice wait person. He explained the process. In order to receive your dish, two upper level management has to sign off and it is brought to you separate from the order.

The issue I had was I reviewed the main menu to the GF menu to see the difference. When my dish was brought to me, it was from the main menu, not the GF menu. They didn't have a clue, when they signed off on the order why didn't they look at the GF menu? I became quite nervous!!! They took it back and brought out the correct dish, and provided me with a free dessert from OMG It's Gluten Free.

Dinner was good, I had Seared Salmon, but was a lil disappointed in their carelessness.

Absolutely amazing! We had our wedding reception here and they were super accommodating for both me as the bride and my GF guests. Ask for the GF bread to start and the GF menu. You won't believe how many options they have! Dana's Parm or the fillet mignon are my favorites. Enjoy the GF brownie or chocolate dipped strawberries for dessert. Bonus: their wine is outstanding! I recommend the blueberry :)

They have a great gluten free menu-big variety and their bisquits are delicious and served warm.

I have eaten at Cooper’s Hawk Annapolis many times over the years. I just ate there for the second time since my celiac diagnosis. The menu is extensive, and their recommended wine pairings are helpful. There is an actual physical gf menu. It has a number of good offerings. Last time the salad I ordered came out with croutons by mistake. The server was very embarrassed and said she threw it out herself and spoke with the chef. I appreciated the server’s concern. It was a good meal and evening.

Fortunately this time there weren’t any hiccups. The server said she marked my order “gluten allergy”, which would mean it would be cooked separately. The server brought me warm gf bread, a good Cabernet S., a kale caesar side salad and, for the main course, a Black and Bleu cheeseburger, grilled squash and fresh fruit. It was all delicious. I may join their wine club.

The BEST! Very safe. AND desserts????? Love it.

I did recently find out there is no dedicated fryer so the bacon wrapped shrimp is a no go
