I never have an issue at Cooper’s hawk. I’ve been to many different locations. This one is great. In Florida for medical reasons and there’s not a ton of gluten free choices around here. Been to Cooper’s hawk 3 times this week and didn’t get sick at all! Awesome food, great gluten free menu!

Extensive gluten free menu and good quality food! Tested four dishes with Nima and all passed. Our server was confident in their processes to prepare food safely. The GF table side bread is the same bun they use on the burgers and had a good fluffy texture. Other favorite dishes were the short rib risotto, drunken shrimp and the filet. Lots of yummy dessert options too - s’mores bundino was the favorite!

I have eaten at Cooper's Hawk well over 20 times without a Celiac reaction. I love their food...chicken wraps & the chicken dishes. I ALWAYS tell/stress to the server that I have a gluten allergy and if they can write allergy because I don't want to get very sick. This method works for me.

Didnt end up eating here.... full gluten free menu but only one dairy free starter and one dairy free main course
Told waiter I was Celiac and ordered off gluten free menu. When meal came out nothing was stated about gluten free nor did it have an identifier as gluten free like usual. I tested the pasta and it found gluten. Avoid!

GF options, it was nice surprise they offered warm bread. I ordered the butternut squash pasta dish but not what I expected and didn't care for the sauce.
great service , extend gf menu , had delicious Alfredo pasta and yummy chocolate desert

I let server know I have allergies to gluten and soy. He took our order. He came back a couple of minutes later to take it again. He did not want to mess up. Ordered a Caesar salad no croutons. I ordered a filet mignon with mashed potatoes. My salad came out with croutons. After I pointed this out they brought me another one. My entre came out before I was done my salad. Huge pet peeve of mine. My steak came out with fried and battered onions on top. This too was not gluten free. They took my meal back and brought another one. I asked to speak to the manager. She came over and told me they take allergies very seriously. I told her both my salad and entre came out wrong so it didn’t seem to be the case. They did comp most of our meals. But no, I will never go back.

I have eaten at Cooper’s Hawk Annapolis many times over the years. I just ate there for the second time since my celiac diagnosis. The menu is extensive, and their recommended wine pairings are helpful. There is an actual physical gf menu. It has a number of good offerings. Last time the salad I ordered came out with croutons by mistake. The server was very embarrassed and said she threw it out herself and spoke with the chef. I appreciated the server’s concern. It was a good meal and evening.
Fortunately this time there weren’t any hiccups. The server said she marked my order “gluten allergy”, which would mean it would be cooked separately. The server brought me warm gf bread, a good Cabernet S., a kale caesar side salad and, for the main course, a Black and Bleu cheeseburger, grilled squash and fresh fruit. It was all delicious. I may join their wine club.
