They pull out all the stops. They ask when you're seated if there are any allergies. As long as you communicate that gf is not a preference (but a must), your ticket is marked for extra care and attention.
The server even asked if it was okay to bring the regular bread to the table for other who were not restricted (I appreciate that level of concern). They do have gf bread available upon request.
They are clear that it's a shared space but they do all they can with fresh new everything for allergy tickets (yes, not an allergy for celiac but it gets the point across to folks who aren't familiar with the difference.)
