Review of Cooper's Hawk

I have eaten at Coopers Hawk numerous times and never had any issues! I order from the gluten free menu and make sure the server is aware. The gluten free roll served first is always warm and fresh. My go to meal is Dana’s Parmesan crusted chicken! The tomato basil relish is so delicious! The chicken is thin and crispy (which I love) but also still so juicy! I love ending the meal with chocolate truffles! The staff are always well educated on gluten free items and the kitchen seems to prepare the food well.
