Copacabana Cuban Cafe

Waited 30 minutes for a table and then told sorry we have tables but you have to wait another 30 minutes before you can sit at one (!) The manager, Oberto, preferred the line of people leave rather than work. Terrible customer service

Excellent food and great service. The manager has checked on our food personally several times. If she says, "I don't know if we can do that. " Take it as a no. I have regretted this twice. For the most part I have had great experiences here.

Their idea of gluten free is “process of elimination”, which is what the server told me when I asked if they had a gluten free menu or a way of telling what was gluten free on their regular menu.

Food is very good. Nothing is marked gf on the menu, but server was very knowledgeable and was able to talk me through what to order. Got the arroz con pollo.
