Review of Copains

OMG!!! The best GF bakery ever! Dedicated GF and everything was so perfectly delicious. We went twice during our trip to Paris and tried several different things each time. The tuna sandwich was flavorful and the bread was soft. The ham and cheese was simple and yummy as expected. The beignets were to die for and our favorite thing there! I can’t remember what everything else was called, but we also tried things that were similar to cinnamon rolls, pastries with apples, chocolate and cream filling, and cinnamon. They were all incredibly delicious! The only thing that was not quite as expected was the plain croissant. The flavor was good, but the texture was dense, not light and fluffy like a regular gluten croissant. But it was GF so I’m not sure why I expected any different. Not their fault, I know. It was still a very tasty piece of bread that paired well with my breakfast. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Paris.
