There are Gluten-free and gluten-free upon request items. My husband ordered one of the upon request. The kitchen sent the server out to let us know that the potatoes would be cooked in the same fryer as other items. She then offered a replacement (which my husband has a non-gf related allergy too). They were kind enough to sub something upgraded for free. We were also dining with someone else with multiple food allergies. The waitress was kind as she checked with the kitchen staff regarding oil types & other issues. We were also dining with a toddler. As soon as the couple came in with her, they were given a complimentary bowl of fruit so that she wouldn’t have to wait for food. Also, a free cookie. They did not order separate food for her.
